Black olives harvested in season are carefully selected and prepared using a natural salting method. In keeping with traditional practice, they are rested in salt for approximately 6–8 months, developing their distinctive aroma and texture over time. After this long maturation, Fansada Black Olives are packed with a rich flavor and character that evokes traditional Hatay breakfast tables.
